I work at an Employee Assistance Program. I’m a licensed social worker who does counseling, assessment and referral over the phone to individuals who call into their EAP. This blog will be used as a journal for me to vent my frustrations, celebrate my accomplishments, and process my work and its many facets. Welcome.
